Lemon Oil

The essential oil of Lemon is known for its high antibacterial properties and is used in many household cleaning products. However many of its vintage uses are overlooked. It is has stimulating and detoxifying properties when used in spa treatments. Inhaling Lemon oil helps increase concentration and awareness. It helps balance the solar plexus and is used to inspire one to action. Insomnia, overweight, tiredness and digestive problems are a few ailments that Lemon Oil may help treat.

 

Sunstone

The sunstone is a cheerful stone. It encourages optimism and enthusiasm and may even help overcome procrastination. It is linked to the Solar Plexus Chakra. It is said to promote extra energy when one is under stress. Of course it is related to the sun.

 

Yellow

The color yellow is concerned the intellect and judgment. It stimulates mental ability and concentration while aiding in detachment. Just like the Solar Plexus it generates energy and activates the motor nerves and muscles. To the ancients yellow was the animation color for life and suggests cheer, gaiety and merriment.
