A Few Important Points to Remember
When Using Essential Oils
*Each drop of essential oil is extremely concentrated, almost 100 times stronger than its own dried herbal counterpart.
*Store essential oils in a cool dry place like a medicine cabinet. Avoid extreme temperature changes.
*Keep out of reach of children & pets.
*Be sure to check the cautions and contraindication lists when using an essential oil for the first time.
*Perform a patch test.
*When in doubt don't.
*Avoid contact with eyes.
*Do not take internally.
*Consult your physician when using essential oils as a complementary or integrative therapy.
*Rotate the use of your favorite essential oils about every three months to keep your body from becoming accustomed to its effects.
*Have fun with your consultant, friends and kingdom.
