Before recorded time and before ancient writing, the ancient temple priestess studied, charted and gazed at the dark night sky and watched as the planets repeated their orbits through space.  Ancient man depended upon the priestess to tell them the meaning of the movement of the moons and planets hoping to fortell omens or their own future and fates.  Important planetary alignments were etched in the very stone structure of the temple and even portrayed in their temple jewelry. Knowledge of celestial signs was so important that it was passed from generation to generation of women within the revered hierarchy of the ancient star temple.  As you watch the moon rise in the sky each night, remember the full moon and the ancient temple priestess.
